Based in East Sussex, we have been commissioned by a number of clients, including the University of Brighton, City College Brighton & Hove and Allied Irish Bank (GB), since our formation in 1991.</div> <bR> <div> Recent projects have ranged from small refurbishment works to schemes of several million pounds, for both design & build and conventional design commissions. </div> <bR> <div> The services incorporated in such schemes have included natural ventilation, building management systems, air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, heating systems, gas and water services, special lighting systems with luminaire concept design, uplighting and conventional lighting schemes, external and amenity lighting, data and telecommunications distribution and infrastructure, power services and distribution, fire alarm, CCTV and intruder alarm systems, audio visual installations, lecture theatre and catering/restaurant services.</div> <bR> <div> Also incorporated in many schemes have been lift installations, lightning and surge protection systems and public address installations.</div> <bR> <div> Our main office is near Hailsham and is headed by Barry Redmore.
